My name is Arron Andrews and I live in Maplewood with my wife, 2 boys (7 and 4) and three cats.

We moved from Brooklyn to Montclair in 2020 and then to Maplewood in 2022.

Early Bird is a social-first creative agency based in New Jersey, specializing in food, beverage, and hospitality brands. We partner with restaurants, bars, cafes, hotels, and emerging culinary ventures to create captivating content, strategic branding, and tailored marketing that helps them stand out in a crowded space. Our work is rooted in a deep appreciation for culinary artistry and boutique hospitality, and we’re passionate about telling meaningful stories that connect with real people. Whether it’s launching a new concept, refreshing a brand, or building a buzz-worthy social presence, Early Bird is here to help brands grow with intention and style.

What excites you the most about what you do?

Creating great content and helping boutique businesses.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had an agency before doing something similar in terms of creative services but it was in real estate and I wanted out. I closed that business and started Early Bird to focus on hospitality.

What is it about you that makes you so good at what you do?

Years and years of experience. 

What is your favorite thing you have worked on so far?

I’m currently working on a sort of tech startup in Montclair called Twocents. This has been an amazing experience because it’s my first startup.And just for fun…

What’s something that’s surprised you about running your own business?

The amount of time I spend on proposals.

The amount of invoicing and paperwork that has to be done.

What's your go-to celebration meal when you hit a milestone?

An IPA and a sandwich from Coda. 😂

What's the wildest dream you have for your business's future?

To be acquired by a larger F&B agency.

Favorite songs to listen to when working?

Anything from the Rolling Stones or  Fleetwood Mac or early 2000s stuff like Jimmy Eat World - Sweetness or Modest Mouse -  Float On.

If your business was a color, what color would it be and why?

Black. We deal in colors for other brands so for my brand I like to take that factor out.

A quote you live by?

“I intend to live forever or die trying” I think it’s hilarious. Shows ambition but in a comedic way.
