BIGWIG Cancellation Policy
At BIGWIG, we value our community of local business owners and strive to provide clarity regarding membership cancellations. Please review the following policy to understand the terms and timelines associated with canceling your membership.
Cancellation Notice Deadline
To initiate a cancellation, members must submit a written notice via email to heybigwig@gmail.com before the 15th of the month in which they wish to cancel.
Cancellation Scenarios
Cancellation Submitted Before the 15th of the Month:
Your membership benefits, including access to meetings and the members-only section of the website, will continue until the end of the month.Cancellation Submitted On or After the 15th of the Month:
You will be charged one final time on your regular billing date between the 15th and the end of that month. Your membership benefits will continue until the end of the following month.
Additional Information
No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable.
Access Rights: Members retain access to all benefits until the end of their final paid month.
Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your cancellation notice.
