Cancellation & Refund Policy
All registrations are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual. Cancellations received in writing before 8/4/2026 are eligible for a refund, less a non-refundable $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 8/4/2026, and registrations will be forfeited in full.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to heybigwig@gmail.com.
