You didn't build your business to spend your days on fire.
Urgent emails. Fires to put out. Everyone needing a piece of you. If you're honest, a lot of your days look like reacting — not leading.
Those reactive instincts probably served you well in the beginning. But at this stage? They're quietly capping your growth. Not because you're doing it wrong — but because the strategies that got you here weren't built for where you're going.
From reactive mode to creative mode.
This daylong retreat is built around one powerful shift: moving from reactive management to intentional, creative leadership. You'll dig into three traps that keep even the most capable founders stuck — and discover the practices that unlock more ease, more impact, and more choice.
Through personal reflection, hands-on exploration, and peer coaching, you'll diagnose your own default mode — and find that you have more choices than you may think.
This isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about reclaiming the space between what happens and how you respond — because that's where leadership actually lives.
Deeper intentionality. Greater impact.
You’ll leave with:
A clear diagnosis of your default leadership mode
Practices to shift from reactive to creative, in real time
Peer perspectives from fellow Bigwigs in the room
Renewed clarity on how you want to run your business
